This is a simple humming exercise to gently warm-up your voice
Hum along gently with the tune. It shouldn’t be too loud or strained.
Try to feel the note resonate inside your head.
After 4 key changes, instead of humming, open your mouth and sing on the vowel sounds:
Ah, Eh, Aw, Oo, Ee (one for each key change)
Remember you are warming up your voice, so gentle and quietly
