Formed in 1978 and said to have been a major influence on the global band U2, Irish rock group Bagatelle have been playing in packed out venues for over 30 years. Bagatelle have shared the stage with artists such as Bob Marley, Don McLean and Van Morrison.
Between 1980 and 1987 Bagatelle produced five albums and plenty of popular singles but they never really gained international acclaim although were hugely welcomed in their native Ireland. 2010 saw the release of their final album and 2016 saw them perform a farewell concert.
