Madison Avenue

Madison Avenue was an Australian electronic music duo consisting of writer-producer Andy Van Dorsselaer and singer-lyricist Cheyne Coates. Madison Avenue is best known for the song “Don’t Call Me Baby“, which peaked at number one in New Zealand and the United Kingdom in 2000. Their debut album was released in October 2000, which and provided three more singles: “Who the Hell Are You” was a number-one hit in Australia and No. 10 in the UK; “Everything You Need” went to No. 6 (and was certified gold in Australia), and it reached the top 40 in the UK.

The band split in 2003.
